Clean your teeth, gums, and tongue: Once you remove your aligners, brush your teeth using a soft bristle toothbrush with fluoride toothpaste. Do this at least twice a day. Floss once daily and don’t forget to clean your tongue too. If you can’t brush your teeth after every meal, you can rinse your mouth with water to remove food residues and particles that stick to your teeth.
