We are so happy to be back at our North York orthodontic office! Our team has been working carefully and tirelessly to create a safe environment so we can resume treatment for all of our wonderful patients.

We have implemented new health and safety measures for everyone entering our office. This way you can feel confident and comfortable on your next visit!

Call Upon Arrival

Instead of waiting in our waiting room, we ask that all patients call us upon their arrival and wait in their car instead. When you arrive, one of our team members will perform a pre-screening and health questionnaire over the phone. Once it’s confirmed that you have passed the pre-screening test, you will receive a phone call to enter the office.

Temperature Check 

When you first step foot into the building, you will need to undergo a temperature check to confirm the results of the pre-screening.

Hand Sanitizer 

If you see hand sanitizer, feel free to use it! We have hand sanitizing stations throughout our office. At a minimum, all patients are required to use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving our office.

Face Masks

A face mask will be required to enter the office. All patients will need to wear  a face mask until instructed otherwise once in the treatment chair.

Social Distancing

Social distancing protocols are in full effect at our office! The flow of traffic is directed in one direction to help enforce these rules. Everyone will enter through the front door and leave through the back door.

Sick Patients

If you or a family member has been sick within the last 14 days, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. We’re happy to help accommodate any way we can!

Changes In Our Office 

We have made some changes in our physical office space to better optimize our health and safety measures, including:

• New barrier shields at our reception desk
• Beverage station is closed
• The games room is closed
• Magazines have been removed
• New barriers between chairs in our treatment bay
• New high-quality air filters for better air quality and filtration
• Hydrogen peroxide rinse once in the treatment chair
• All staff in personal protective equipment (PPE)
